Overview We are seeking a motivated Production Line Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. Focusing on minimizing downtime, improving performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Inspect, repair, install, and maintain production equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Record and document performed maintenance. Monitor performance metrics. Support Quality and Engineering with root cause analysis and trials. Participate in continuous improvement efforts. Assist in adherence with company, state, and federal regulations. Ensure safety standards. Qualifications 3+ years maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, motion control, Human-Machine Interfaces). Knowledge of 3-phase power and digital multimeter use preferred. Experience with pneumatics; inkjet/laser marking a plus. Familiarity with ISO9001 and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Education:
High School or GED (Required) Technical certificate or Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience). Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 75 lbs.
