Manufacturing Operations Technician — Glass Fabrication

What you'll do Track process performance, spot defects fast, and dig into root causes to prevent recurrence. Tweak procedures and parameters to improve throughput and stability. Onboard and train new hire production associates on processes and procedures.

Show up consistently:

be on time, every scheduled shift, and complete your full shift. Step up for overtime when production requires it. Work cooperatively across teams to meet goals. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve quality issues. Generate and maintain the required documentation and records. Earn and maintain operator certification for each job you run. Support your Supervisor or Team Lead with other reasonable tasks. Champion continuous improvement—contribute ideas and participate in CI activities. Be flexible to work afternoon or night shift as needed. Operate powered industrial equipment (such as forklifts) safely and productively when needed. When you'll work Monday
