Associate Manufacturing Technician Job Description The Associate Manufacturing Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing process by assembling kits, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality. This position requires a proactive individual who is attentive to detail and capable of handling various physical activities. Responsibilities Maintain RF scanning guns and change batteries as needed. Bag and/or assemble kits of products containing vials, caps, septa, etc., per work order instructions. Report equipment problems to the supervisor. Inspect products as you complete the work order. Assemble boxes and pack products. Assist production in problem resolution. Record the necessary production data. Keep work areas clean and neat. Perform all other duties assigned. Essential Skills Experience in production, picking, and packing. General labor skills. Work Environment The role involves various physical activities such as balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting. The workplace is dynamic and requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ozone, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
