Saturday as needed Position Summary Remedy Staffing is hiring Guide Wire Operators for a manufacturing facility in Athens, TX. In this role, you will assemble precision guide wires and operate production equipment to ensure high-quality products. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble guide wires using small, repetitive hand movements Set up, start, and document welder operations Operate equipment such as welders, soldering tools, and buffing machines Use measuring instruments and follow blueprints or component instructions Wrap, bag, label, and package finished products Load and unload wires from conveyors, racks, and ovens Prepare components for processing and production flow Maintain quality standards and meet production goals Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized Work overtime as needed to meet production demands Work Environment & Physical Requirements Repetitive use of hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders throughout shift Moderate physical activity in a manufacturing setting Must be able to follow safety guidelines and procedures Why Work with Remedy Staffing?
