Manufacturing Technician, Cell Assembly

What You'll Do Focus on work area safety, cleanliness, material usage and organization (5S) Operate various process equipment in the development stage and sustain 24/7 operation Conduct analytical tests, measure and record data using defined tools and software Identify problems and potential solutions to troubleshoot issues as they arise during regular production and engineering builds Participate in the continuous improvement of safety, quality, output, and tool uptime Perform equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards for equipment in varying development stages Support production leadership at times in organizing associates and manpower to perform engineering trials on equipment What You'll Bring Experience in large- or small-scale manufacturing or some sort of process monitoring role Experience with operating and troubleshooting automated/semi-automated manufacturing equipment Demonstrate the ability to analyze problems and error conditions, identify root causes, and implement viable long-term solutions Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal Comfortable with frequent change of direction, dynamic work environment and passion to perform time-sensitive analysis under pressure Must be available to work any shift (days and/or nights)

Essential Physical Demands:
