The company is seeking Manufacturing Line Operators (1 entry-level and 1 experienced) to join our team in Baytown, TX. In this role, you will set up and operate machinery used in the manufacturing of flexible pipes, perform mechanical assembly operations, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.What You'll Do:
Set up and operate machinery used in the manufacturing of flexible pipes. Perform mechanical assembly operations as part of the equipment setup process. Conduct basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards. Complete required documentation and records in accordance with procedures. Document and report any issues or discrepancies in equipment setup, production, quality, maintenance, or other areas. Commit to safety by performing all tasks in accordance with established company policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Use initiative and judgment to arrange job details and achieve predetermined objectives. The company isLooking For:
High school diploma or GED. Technical certification or vocational training in mechanical assembly or a related field (preferred). 0-5 years of relevant experience in mechanical assembly and equipment operation. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Proven experience in mechanical assembly and equipment operation. Welding and NTD experience (preferred). Strong understanding of mechanical systems and assembly techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of mechanics, metal forming, and/or extrusion equipment and processes (preferred). Valid Class C driver's license (may drive to remote locations). Safety certification (required). Benefits Medical Dental visionBackground Requirements:
