Shift Manufacturing Technician Shift:

Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11:00pm About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. This is a versatile, fast-paced position that combines machine operation, quality inspection, light machining, material handling, and final packaging tasks.

Additional Job Duties:

One of the main duties would be to operate our automated deburring machine. Almost all of our laser cut parts are run through our Loewer deburring machine. Assist the laser operator with denesting and staging material. Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts for accuracy and quality Ability to measure using calipers, pin gauges, and height stands Complete First Article Inspection forms Forklift operation and staging raw material Manual Deburring Light manual machining (tapping, countersinking)

Packaging/Shipping/Palletizing Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail Adaptability Proficient with power tools including cutters and grinders Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time Ability to bend, reach, lift, push, pull and carry Maintain a clean and organized work environment Ability to work in an environment that can be loud Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining a high level of safety
