Opportunity to work with high-precision equipment and expert teams. What You'll Be Doing As an SMT Operator, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of automated and semi-automated equipment to ensure high-quality PCB production.
Machine Operation:
Set up and run pick-and-place machines and reflow ovens.
Production:
Load feeders, verify component placement, and perform surface mount assembly.
Quality Control:
Inspect boards for compliance with IPC standards and maintain strict ESD and safety protocols.
Technical Support:
Assist with hand soldering, rework, and minor machine troubleshooting as needed. What We Are Looking For This is a technical role requiring prior experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Experience:
2-5+ years of SMT or electronics manufacturing experience.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, automated SMT lines, and the ability to read complex work instructions.
Precision:
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced setting.
Bonus:
Previous experience with soldering is highly preferred.
