If you enjoy working with equipment, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you. Job Description- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment. Assemble products and components according to specifications. Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet standards. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when needed. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized. What we are looking for- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment quickly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed.
