Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production flow. Support process improvements and implement best practices to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and optimize manufacturing processes.

YOU MUST HAVE
Extensive experience in manufacturing environments with strong technical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. Experience with process improvement methodologies and the ability to implement effective solutions. Familiarity with manufacturing software and tools used for monitoring and reporting production metrics.
WE VALUE
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production technician roles. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
