The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of various machinery and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced factory environment.

//www.tmc-cable.com/en/ Duties Operate machinery such as cable extruder machines to produce continuous lengths of cable and wire and ensuring machines run correctly and cable components are properly connected. Monitor and operate machinery while adhering to quality standards and efficiency. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Utilize logic controllers to ensure precise operations and maintain production flow. Safely operate forklifts for material handling and transportation within the facility. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Skills Proficient in operating machines, precise hand movements for handling delicate components and performing intricate tasks with precision. Strong understanding of logic controllers and their applications in production processes. Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating dimensions accurately. Troubleshooting issues with cable performance or production processes. Ability to stand and sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with manufacturing environments and safety regulations. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
