We're a leading brand in the Pet Grooming and Pet Supplies Industry, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Assembly Line Worker with experience in handling both liquid and powder materials to join our team.
Job Description:
As an Assembly Line Worker at Bodhi Dog, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining assembly line equipment, ensuring efficient production processes, and handling materials, including liquids and powders. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality and consistency of our products while adhering to safety and production standards.
Responsibilities:
Assembly Line Operation:
Efficiently operate and monitor assembly line machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
Material Handling :
Safely and accurately handle both liquid and powder materials, including measuring, mixing, and transferring as required.
Quality Control:
Inspect products during and after assembly to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on assembly line equipment. Report any major issues to the maintenance team.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of hazardous materials.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production data, material usage, and any quality control issues. Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
Experience :
Previous experience working on an assembly line with specific experience handling liquid and powder materials is highly preferred.
Skills :
Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and good problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Certifications :
Any relevant certifications or training related to material handling or safety are a plus.
