R&D Pilot Plant Technician This position will support Pilot Plant staff and its customers by keeping the facility looking and operating at its best. Activities and responsibilities will change with the demand from our customers, so flexibility will be a key part of this role.
Responsibilities:
Assist Pilot Plant staff with production runs Work directly with staff from R&D HQ Assist with repairs and maintenance Maintain ingredient room inventory General housekeeping upkeep on production floor Assist with sanitation of all machinery Maintain environmental storage rooms to ensure products are up to date

Salary Range:
$21.92 - $31.50/hr Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a beverage production environment is preferred Ability to lift 50lbs Excellent communication skills Working knowledge of beverage facility machinery Working knowledge of hand tools Mechanical aptitude to assist Engineers where needed Proficient in Microsoft Office products
