Plano, TX Temp-to-hire opportunity with stability and growth potential Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card Benefits available: medical, dental, vision, 401K, referral bonus program Job Description As a Process Technician, you will support and optimize manufacturing processes for printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. You will troubleshoot equipment, improve production efficiency, and ensure processes meet quality and performance standards. This role requires technical expertise and a strong understanding of electronics manufacturing. Responsibilities Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and processes Support SMT and/or through-hole assembly operations Analyze process performance and recommend improvements Work with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration checks Assist with new product introductions and process validation Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred) Experience in electronics manufacturing (PCB, SMT, etc.) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation Familiarity with IPC standards and manufacturing processes Experience with automated equipment and process controls preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Your New Organization This organization is an established electronics manufacturing company that supports the design, testing, and production of electronic assemblies used across a variety of industries.
