Facility Driver/Manufacturing Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and safety-oriented individual to serve in a dual role as a Driver and Manufacturing Technician at our Midland facility. This role involves transporting equipment and materials using a truck and trailer combination, as well as assisting with hands-on production work in the manufacturing shop.

Driving Duties:

Operate

F250-F350

class trucks with a 30-foot gooseneck trailer. Ensure proper and safe securing of all trailer loads. Load and unload trailers independently as needed. Adhere to all DOT and company driving regulations. This is a non-DOT position. No CDL required. Availability for flexible work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manufacturing Technician Duties:

Use electric and hand tools to manufacture products according to detailed specifications. Read and interpret design drawings and measurement layouts. Safely cut and handle raw materials with sharp tools. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely. Perform general labor tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments. Lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or more regularly.

Qualifications:

Age Requirement:

Must be 25 years or older.

Driving Record:

Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Experience:

Proven experience with hauling trailers and securing loads.

Skills:

Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and tools. Comfortable working in variable weather and flexible schedules.

Languages:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. This is a full-time, hands-on role best suited for a motivated individual with strong work ethic, safety mindset, and willingness to work in both shop and field environments.
