This entry-level position supports the powder coating production line and is responsible for assisting with material handling, quality checks, and general production duties. Line Operator Rosenberg TX Job Duties:

Load and unload materials on the production line Verify materials using work orders to ensure accuracy Inspect finished products for quality and defects Assist with powder coating processes including sanding, grinding, and cleaning Assemble wooden pallets using hand and power tools Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials Operate equipment such as overhead cranes and vacuum lifters Perform touch-ups using paint brushes or spray cans as needed Conduct quality checks including thickness measurements and visual inspections Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition Follow all safety procedures, including use of respiratory and hearing protection Keep work area clean and organized Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Line Operator Rosenberg TX Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in noisy, industrial environments Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team No felonies on background Valid driver's license preferred Must be able to pass a hair follicle pre-employment and random drug screenings
