Production Technician

Job Overview Perform emergency water extraction and mitigation services on residential and commercial properties Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers Conduct demolition and removal of damaged materials as needed Perform mold remediation and asbestos removal following company and industry guidelines Complete moisture readings and document drying progress daily Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and notes in company software Load, unload, clean, and maintain mitigation equipment and company vehicles Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and management Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety procedures Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergency services Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and secure Assist with pack-outs, contents manipulation, and other restoration-related tasks when needed Wear required PPE and maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations Work efficiently in fast-paced environments and during emergency situations Support team members and help complete projects in a timely manner Duties Perform water extraction and drying services Set up and monitor drying equipment Remove damaged materials and debris Perform mold remediation and asbestos removal Take moisture readings and document progress Maintain equipment and company vehicles Complete job documentation and daily notes Follow safety and OSHA regulations Respond to after-hours emergency calls Maintain clean and organized job sites Assist with pack-outs and content manipulation Communicate professionally with customers and team members Wear proper PPE at all times Work in fast-paced emergency situations Support crews with mitigation and restoration services Qualifications ✅ Water mitigation experience required ✅ On-call availability required✅ Experience with asbestos removal✅ Experience with mold remediation✅ Valid driver's license required✅ IICRC certifications are a plus✅ Must be dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Join us as a Production Technician and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing high-quality products efficiently! $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
