We are a profitable midsized privately held company representing major suppliers. Our Company is growing rapidly and we pride ourselves on customer service that is the best in our highly competitive industry. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions Clean all draught beer systems long lines and keg boxes. Clean tavern heads and repair as needed. Clean faucets (chrome or brass) and repair as needed. Clean beer towers (chrome or brass). Troubleshoot draught problems. Verify all code dates to ensure proper product rotation. Move kegs and flush lines with specified diluted cleaning solution to remove residue and ensure cleanliness. Empty water in all air remote systems. Clean all series hook-ups. Change CO2 bottles as needed and set correct line pressure. Arrange line cleaning rotation schedule with customers to ensure timely visits. Qualifications Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Valid Utah Driver License, with clean driving record. Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Basic knowledge of the three beer dispensing types - Direct draw, air cooled, Glycol cooled systems. Basic knowledge of the working parts of a draught system such as faucets, pumps, FOB's, couplers, etc. Follow safety rules. Maintain vehicle in a clean and orderly condition. Read code dates on package and keg products. Obey and adhere to all Federal and State laws. Know the proper procedure for "beer clean glasses". Physical Requirements Ability to bend, squat and climb occasionally. Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs occasionally. Ability to lift up to 40lbs to/from above shoulder height occasionally. Ability to lift up to 150 pounds to 50 inch height infrequently.
