Days Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help assemble and inspect high-quality parts used in the aerospace industry. Prior experience with specific processes like brazing or machining is a plus but not required—we're looking for individuals with a strong background in manufacturing and quality who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble precision parts using hand tools and follow blue prints
• Prepare and clean components for assembly or brazing
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
• Help with packaging and shipping of finished products
• Support basic machining tasks
• Other responsibilities may be assigned

2015 compliant Quality Management Systems Knowledge of brazing and/or welding materials and processes Manufacturing or production experience Attention to detail and strong focus on quality Familiar with basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Willing to learn new skills and take initiative Self-motivated. Strives to improve every day.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, talk, and hear. The employee occasionally is required to stand, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or push/pull up to 40 pounds.
