is a leading manufacturer of cGMP sterilization and laboratory equipment solutions, including steam sterilizers - autoclaves, pure steam generators, and climate chambers for pharmaceutical production, biotech, and research laboratories. Position Overview BMT USA is seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on assembly, installation, and testing of equipment. You will work off of engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly schematics to build equipment that meets both BMT USA internal quality standards and applicable industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing systems on complex industrial equipment. Read and interpret drawings, wiring schematics, P&IDs, and assembly diagrams to ensure accurate assembly. Fabricate and connect piping, tubing, and fluid system components in accordance with design specifications. Perform functional testing and inspections on completed assemblies to verify proper operation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with all shop safety procedures and OSHA standards. Qualifications & Experience Hands-on experience assembling, installing, or servicing industrial equipment is required. Working knowledge of electrical systems, including low-voltage wiring, control components, and basic troubleshooting. Familiarity with pneumatic systems, plumbing principles, and hardware components. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly diagrams Experience in one or more related trades is strongly preferred: HVAC, industrial machinery, electrical, plumbing or similar Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Self-directed and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills Must be able to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
