Job Description

Production Technician position duties:
Primary Duties:
Process and build customer orders. This will include tasks from assembling already designed kits to large cable and/or solder jobs to meet customer specifications. Communicate expected lead times and completion dates with internal supervisors, sales, and managers. Manage long term production projects. Work with engineering staff for customer-based projects. Complete all production order processes in our ERP system. Actively improve documentation and processes for Production build processes.
Secondary Duties:
Assist in Warehouse duties including shipping and receiving. Assist with Service dept. Assist with Production training. Assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Some soldering experience preferred. Will Train. Extremely detail oriented. Places a high value on quality and consistency. Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Office environment. Computer skills and data entry accuracy. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills: Can do attitude. Available to help with any part of the company as needed. Able to work independently and efficiently to meet expectations and deadlines. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. Outstanding analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. A desire to continually pursue new ways to increase efficiency and quality of service provided to external customers, internal customers, and management.
