MANUFACTURING TECH I
•SWING SHIFT Location:
Woodland, WA Shift:
SWING SHIFT
- Monday-Thursday | 4:30 PM
- 2:30 AM (10-hour shifts)
Compensation:
$20.00- $21.
JOB SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Tech I performs entry-level production tasks and is responsible for learning and becoming proficient in assigned production line duties. This role supports daily production by performing manufacturing operations, maintaining quality standards, and following established processes while developing skills and behaviors required for advancement.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform assigned production line duties, including regrind, taping, packaging, deburring, hand routing, and drilling of thermoformed parts Inspect parts in the assigned work cell to ensure they meet quality standards and report defects as required Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements Assist other Manufacturing Technicians as needed to support production flow Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in accordance with 6S standards Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Communicate questions or concerns to supervisors to ensure tasks are understood and completed correctly Support continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction Perform all duties in a professional manner, working well with others, providing and receiving feedback, and treating all team members with respectREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Basic knowledge of hand tools and manufacturing equipment Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions Basic math, reading, and writing skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Reliable and consistent attendance, including punctualityPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to move frequently throughout the work cell and shop floor Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and work up to 12-hour shifts, with occasional overtime as requiredWORK ENVIRONMENT
