This role helps maintain product quality, efficiency, and smooth operations . Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment . Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor continuous batch washing equipment Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements and quality standards Monitor wash cycles, temperatures, and processing times Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment Troubleshoot operational or equipment issues when they arise Record production data including wash times, temperatures, and materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Collaborate with team members to keep production running smoothly Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate machinery Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions Preferred Qualifications Experience with industrial washing or batch processing equipment Certification in machinery operation or maintenance Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and best practices Skills for Success Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to monitor equipment and make adjustments Teamwork and communication skills Commitment to safety and quality standards Apply today if you enjoy working with machinery, solving problems, and being part of a team that keeps production moving efficiently!
