Production Technician- Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician responsible for supporting Neutron Radiography imaging of Aerospace parts. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure accurate and efficient imaging processes, including pre-imaging preparation, equipment setup, and documentation.
- Responsibilities
- + Assist in the operation of systems to ensure accurate and efficient imaging processes.
+ Perform fixturing and tagging of components prior to imaging, ensuring proper alignment and identification for radiographic analysis. + Manage the handling, tagging, and documentation of components after imaging, maintaining traceability and quality standards. + Work in a red room with imaging. + Coordinate the packaging, labeling, and shipment of imaged components and receive incoming materials, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. + Set up and maintain fixtures, tools, and equipment used in imaging workflows, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly. + Maintain accurate records of imaging activities, component status, and shipping logs to support traceability and quality assurance. + Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines related to radiographic operations and material handling.
- Essential Skills
- + 1 year of production experience. + 1-2 years of documentation experience. + Quality inspection skills. + 1+ years of setup and repair experience. + Assembly line experience.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Attention to detail. + Strong math skills.

- Work Environment
- Work in a flexible first shift environment from Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Training will be provided on the first shift, which is also flexible.

- This is a Contract position based out of Fitchburg, WI.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
