Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team where innovation meets precision! As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality lead cast coated bullets. You will be using casting machines, sizing machines as well as coating. Your expertise will ensure that products meet strict quality standards while maintaining efficient workflow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in advanced manufacturing techniques. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to produce precision bullets. Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines. Handle materials safely. Ensuring proper storage and movement within the warehouse. Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve efficiency. Assist in the calibration of tools like micrometers and calipers for consistent measurements & grain size. Experience Experience in manufacturing environments with hands-on work involving machining Knowledge of mechanical systems, basic math skills for measurements and calculations, and the use of precision measuring instruments. Experience operating machinery equipment is highly desirable. Warehouse experience is a plus! Strong understanding of quality inspection procedures and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments. Join us to be part of a great team.
