Line Operators:
Responsible for making any and all necessary adjustments, minor repairs and changeovers to equipment and the manufacturing process to achieve acceptable product quality and production standards for assigned machines. Responsible for the safe, and proper, set-up of machines & equipment to support production demands. Completes assigned duties in a timely manner to support and improve the manufacturing process.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED with 1 - 2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment with troubleshooting experience, preferably in the plastics industry. This position has openings on our weekend day shift (Friday -Sunday). We run 12 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Overtime is available/required. This position will work a straight day shift. Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks. Ability to identify problems and draw valid conclusions. Ability to identify problems, root causes and proper solutions in the manufacturing process. Ability to read and prepare routine reports and interpret various documents and correspondence. Mechanical and troubleshooting skills a must.
