Summary:
Indeck Ladysmith Biofuel Center, an established producer of high-quality wood pellets based in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, is seeking candidates to fill Process & Equipment Operator positions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Monitor key manufacturing processes and safely operate industrial machinery to ensure product consistency and production efficiency. Work as a team member on an automated packaging line with the responsibility of maximizing output while producing a quality product. Maintain a tidy and clean workspace utilizing good housekeeping practices. Qualified individuals must be safety-oriented, reliable, and willing to cross-train. Experience operating a forklift and the ability to perform light-duty maintenance is a plus. High School Diploma/GED.
Requirements:
Manufacturing experience a plus. Pass a background check. Must be able to work in the United States without employer support or sponsorship.
