What You'll Be Doing:

Run the Show

• Operate and maintain the Hot Mill to transform aluminum slabs into coils or sheets. Get Technical
• Adjust, inspect, and fine-tune equipment for precision and efficiency. Keep It Moving
• Load, transport, and process slabs using overhead hoists, cranes, and forklifts. Quality First
• Inspect finished metal for defects and ensure it meets high standards. Stay Sharp
• Assist with maintenance, lubrication, and roll changes to keep the mill in peak condition. Track Your Success
• Log production details and keep the process running smoothly.
