Mechanical Support Technician Pay:

$23ph•$28ph (based on experience) 3rd

Shift:

Sunday•Thursday, 11pm•7am

Manitowoc, WI We are currently hiring a Mechanical Support Technician to assist in manufacturing operations on 3rd shift. This role is critical to keeping production lines running efficiently by performing equipment changeovers, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring smooth startup between runs. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You'll Do:

Respond quickly to production line stoppages and provide mechanical support Perform line changeovers safely, accurately, and efficiently Troubleshoot and repair production equipment as needed Conduct washouts and sanitization before and after production runs Ensure lines are running at proper speed and meeting quality standards at startup Perform routine preventative maintenance Assist with new product or packaging startups Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines #Manitowoc1 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team setting Forklift experience is a plus If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to manitowoc@flexstaff.com .
