Finishing Technicians are responsible for performing a variety of assignments related to regular and special department functions to ensure the mold continuously flows through the Cell with minimal to no interruption in the process. Finishing Technicians are responsible for ensuring the parts are defect-free, meet customer specifications, and are shipped to the customer.

2nd Shift 3:30pm-12:00am Essential Duties and Responsibilities The below list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position. Comply with all safety and health guidelines, quality standard practices/procedures, and housekeeping standards English reading of the Finishing cell standard practices and procedures in the Signicast Access system Checking the quality of parts and fixing/welding to customer specifications Tapping holes in parts to customer specifications Operating surface grinder Detecting cracks in parts (mag particles) Dependable and reliable attendance is required Education and Experience High school diploma or
HSED/GED
equivalent preferred Must possess good computer skills and be able to learn new skills as needed Previous experience is not required but is a plus Work Environment & Physical Demands Fast-paced environment Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear Use hands to work tools, controls, etc. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
