LINE OPERATOR
First Shift Position
  • Monday-Thursday 5am to 3 pm; Fridays and Saturdays potential overtime.
$20.00 per hour starting pay; review after first 60 calendar days Oshkosh Door Company has about 135 employees and we work hard to care about and keep them. Our plant in Oshkosh, WI manufactures 300-400 architectural solid wood core doors each day and sends them to customers all over the country! What is required to be successful
  • in simple terms
  • Be comfortable working around moving machinery
  • Review production orders
  • Operate panel saw to cut hardboard to the right size
  • Load doors and hardboard into the glue machine
  • Keep orders on track and moving through the process
  • Keep machine filled with glue and chemicals
  • Clean area to make sure work can flow through What you will bring to the job:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Accurately measure and do basic math
  • Previous manufacturing or factory experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.on a regular basis
