Our client in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, is hiring Production Technicians to operate mechanical wire-forming equipment and help produce high-quality steel wire components. If you have manufacturing experience or a strong mechanical aptitude, we want to hear from you. Why Join Us? Earn $18.00 per hour while working a steady, full-time schedule Monday through Thursday shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM with three-day weekends Overtime opportunities available on Fridays Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid vacation Work in a clean, organized manufacturing environment with a strong team Key Responsibilities Operate mechanical wire-forming machines such as drilling, bending, pressing, chamfering, and cold heading to produce steel wire components Read and follow job-specific instructions, including routing cards, standard work procedures, and quality alerts, to ensure product accuracy Monitor machine operations, load components into fixtures or automatic feeding devices Inspect finished parts visually and using precision measurement tools Record production data and report quality or machine issues to supervisors Perform general production tasks as assigned to support the team Who Should Apply We are looking for candidates with: Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred but not required Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quickly Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math skills for measuring and recording production data Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and use hands to handle materials Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds Good vision, including close-up, distance, color, and peripheral vision Take the Next Step•Apply Today This is your chance to build a career in manufacturing with a company that values its employees.
