Job Description
Casting "Mission First, Marines Always," a grounded military drama exploring institutional loyalty, identity, and moral responsibility within the United States Marine Corps. When a decorated transgender Marine faces forced separation following a sudden policy change, his commanding officer must choose between protecting the institution he serves or standing beside the Marine who trusted him. The film examines duty, leadership, and the human cost of bureaucracy through an intimate, emotionally charged lens. Seeking strong, dramatic actors capable of subtle, naturalistic performances. Especially encouraging submissions from Transgender actors; veterans and active military personnel; LGBTQ+ performers; actors with grounded dramatic training.
