Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join a well-established Hotel and Gaming company, in the beautiful state of Indiana! The position requires residency or relocation to northern Indiana.

Chief Engineer Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years of current Head/Chief Engineer title Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses per Federal, State, and Gaming regulation Complete working knowledge of diesel engines and controls, Gen sets and controls, HVAC and controls, hydraulic systems, piping and steel fitting, welding, brazing, sweating, soldering, pump operation and repair, shipboard electrical systems, basic electronics, and pneumatic systems Proficient in all onboard equipment and systems Excellent communication skills Solution-oriented mentality and problem-solving capabilities Servant leadership and care for helping others Flexible and available to assist the team at any time A genuinely positive and nice human being! Chief Engineer Responsibilities (included, but not limited to): Perform duties as outlined by the vessel Station Bill Train, coordinate, and supervise engine room team members Coordinate all repairs and preventive maintenance aboard the vessel Maintain the integrity of the hull, mooring systems, lifesaving appliances, machinery equipment, and other critical systems on the vessel Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention Ensure all emergency systems onboard the vessel are operational and up to date
