This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced welder who enjoys mentoring others and is ready to share their skills in a hands-on, student-centered environment. Responsibilities Instruct students in welding theory, safety, and practical techniques across various processes Provide real-world insight, lab supervision, and individualized support Prepare students for employment and/or advanced certifications Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and competencies Contribute to a culture of professionalism, respect, and accountability Experience Minimum of 7 years of hands-on welding experience in the field (required) Teaching or training experience (preferred) CWI Preferred-If not currently certified, AWL will cover the cost for the right candidate to pursue CWI certification Must be able to successfully demonstrate welding proficiency in the following processes:

SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW Job Type:
