Senior Process Engineer (On-Site)

at Century Seals in Seaford, Delaware, United States Job Description Century Seals, Inc manufactures high reliability, hermetically sealed, micro-electronic packaging for aerospace, military, and commercial applications. We utilize brazing and glass-to-metal sealing technologies to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. We are AS9100 certified and ITAR registered. This is an engineering position that will require prior experience. The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for all manufacturing processes throughout the facility including design reviews and drafting AS9100 compliant procedures and work instructions, and disposition of non-conforming material.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, monitor and improve CSI manufacturing process Disposition of non-conforming material per industry and customer specifications. Order processing by creating detailed drawings, fixturing, and process routing Maintain Engineering Documentation, including drawings, procedures, routing, and work instructions. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians Interface with suppliers and customers, as necessary. Support internal/external audits including preparation, execution, and follow-up on corrective actions.
