job summary: Senior Plastics Engineer is needed for an immediate direct hire role in the Augusta, GA area to be Subject matter expert in 1 or more areas of component design and processes (injection molding, extrusion, compression molding, blow molding, thermoforming) for an awesome organization with an exciting commercial product line! The right person for this role will be vibrant, have a proven passion for embracing knowledge in the design and manufacture of plastics and composites, supplier interactions, design and release of plastics and composites, as well as involvement in engineering excellence projects. Seeking a proven collaborator who can think creatively and work with others to find solutions, drive execution, and focus on results. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Engineering Technology or equivalent along with 7 years related to the design and manufacture of plastics and composites.
