Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time support to production operators, maintenance teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MES systems, automated and manual welding processes. Assist with operator training and continuous production support activities. Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes and projects. Maintain clear communication and follow up on work tickets and team updates.
Qualifications:
Experience with manual and robotic welding systems (Fanuc preferred). Proven ability to execute and support new and existing manufacturing processes. Strong troubleshooting skills in both automated and manual environments. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous situations. Strong documentation and follow-up capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook.
