Job Description

Welding manufacturing engineering role supporting 3rd shift fabrication production, welding process troubleshooting, MES support, operator training, documentation, and process development. Job Requirements Experience with manual welding systems Experience with robotic welding systems Experience troubleshooting automated and manual welding processes Experience supporting production through new or existing process execution Experience troubleshooting MES systems Experience documenting technical work, production issues, or process updates Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook Availability for 3rd shift operations Availability for weekend support based on production needs Preferred Skills Experience with Fanuc robotic welding systems Experience training operators on welding processes or production procedures Experience supporting fabrication production environments Experience creating or updating process documentation Experience using work ticket systems or production support tracking tools Job Responsibilities Support 3rd shift fabrication production operations Provide production support for operators, maintenance teams, and support staff Troubleshoot MES system issues impacting production Troubleshoot automated welding processes Troubleshoot manual welding processes Support execution of new and existing production processes Train operators on welding processes, procedures, and production requirements Support project and process development activities Create and maintain process documentation Document completed work, production issues, troubleshooting steps, and follow-up actions Respond to production support needs during weekend coverage as required
