Sr. Molding Engineer Job Description The Sr. Molding Engineer opportunity! We are seeking candidates with silicone or rubber molding engineering experience. Responsibilities Develop, validate, and optimize molding processes Apply scientific molding techniques Perform process determination and DOE studies Essential Skills 5+ years' direct experience in silicone and/or rubber molding. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Plastics, Polymer). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
