Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Lead and deliver technical support to customers and internal teams on cement products, applications, and performance optimization Partner with commercial, operations, and quality teams to resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives Analyze technical data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and enhance product quality and consistency Represent the company in customer meetings, industry forums, and technical presentations to strengthen relationships and credibility Support new product development and implementation by providing subject matter expertise and field insights What Are We Looking For Strong technical knowledge of cement manufacturing, materials science, or construction applications, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners Analytical thinker with problem-solving capability and a continuous improvement mindset Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering exceptional customer service Work Environment This role operates in a combination of office, plant, and field environments, with regular travel to customer sites and Heidelberg Materials locations. Exposure to industrial settings and varying weather conditions should be expected.
