What You'll Do Provide hands-on technical support, both remotely and on-site. Conduct welding demos and develop real-world robotic welding processes. Document and share best practices through training, manuals, and videos. Partner with sales to validate applications and ensure smooth integration. Relay customer insights into engineering and product development. Attend trade shows, showcasing advanced robotic welding technology. What You'll Bring Strong understanding of manual and robotic welding principles. Experience with cobots or industrial robotic systems (Fronius is a plus). Excellent communication and hands-on problem-solving skills. Strong documentation and ticket management skills Willingness to travel domestically for support and training. High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
