As an engineer with Solvus Global you will work with team members from many fields (mechanical, controls, software, etc.) to define the problem space, propose a solution, design the architecture, manage projects, and co-develop the final product. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing Friction Stir Welding parameters, building large parts for customers, selecting ideal materials, designing fixturing, and driving the business case for friction stir additive manufacturing.

Required Attributes & Skills:

Must be a US Person according to

FAR22 CFR 120.15

• US Person Minimum 5 years' experience in Friction Stir Welding Experience operating Friction Stir Welding equipment Experience designing fixtures and building parts Experience in additive manufacturing with friction stir preferable CAD/CAM experience including an understanding of g-code
