What You'll Do:

Lead and support a team of MIG/Robotic welding Operators Oversee daily production flow, cycle times, and work assignments Assist with basic troubleshooting on robotic welding cells Ensure weld quality meets customer and internal standards Review blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Partner with production, maintenance, and quality teams to hit output goals Enforce safety standards and maintenance, and quality teams to hit output goals Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area Train new team members and coach operators on best practices Complete shift reports, production counts, and quality documentation

What We're Looking For:

3+ years welding experience, including MIG and Robotics Welding Experience supervising or leading welders Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment Reliable, safety-focused, team-orientated
