Position summary ards ensures compliance with HSE standards and promotes a culture of safety.

                                  Education, Licenses, Certifications:
                                  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
                                  Experience:
                                  • Minimal or no work experience required.
                                  QUALIFICATIONS
                                  What We're Looking For:
                                  • MIG welding experience
                                  • Ability to read and follow specific work instructions
                                  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
                                  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
                                  • Willingness to work in hot or cold environments
                                  • Knowledge of weld-shop processes - preferred
                                  • Previous welding experience in a manufacturing environment - preferred What You'll Do as a
                                  Production MIG Welder:
                                  • Weld components using approved tools and equipment
                                  • Ensure all parts are assembled and/or welded correctly before proceeding
                                  • Meet production standards while maintaining quality
                                  • Support standardized work processes and continuous improvement
                                  • Participate in 5S activities and uphold safety standards
                                  • Comply with ISO 14001 and
                                  ISO 45001
                                  requirements
