Job Description

Responsibilities Comply with the company/site safety rules. Perform safe and effective operation of all equipment needed to perform job function. Flex across different products and areas to support business needs. Provide training to new employees or employees learning new work areas to work instructions/standard work. Follow established procedures, processes, or policies. Interpret and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks. Assist with robotic welder. Intermediate MIG (GMAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding. Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues efficiently. Proficient in operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools. Requirements High school diploma or Certification. Internal written and physical weld test. An understanding of welding fundamentals. Basic welding experience and/or training. Basic knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment. Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment. 1 year of experience in a production welding environment and successful completion of internal weld test. Working towards apprenticeship or certification Manufacturing experience, including knowledge of manufacturing processes or related experience. Crane Certification.
