(GreenXT) is seeking a Lithium Battery Engineer to provide Lithium-Ion Battery Facility (LBF) Support in the Materials, Structures, Environmental and Protection Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). Responsibilities:
Li-Ion component and subsystem design Testing analyses such as environmental qualification reports, technical analyses of the Fire Detection and Actuation System (FDAS), Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, general guidance's, ship change documents, technical manuals, Planned Maintenance Schedules (PMS), and operating procedures Development and coordination of metrics Development of training packages Technical guidance for future implementation of FDAS and LBF components Locker drawing documentation review, review of locker modifications Perform in-service/manufacturer locker inspections and development of locker inspection reports Requirements U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to start. Bachelor's degree in electrical, chemical, mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university.
