Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welding Operator to operate and maintain robotic welding systems in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with automated welding processes, be detail-oriented, and ensure high-quality welds that meet company standards.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate robotic welding equipment according to specifications. Load and unload materials onto welding fixtures and jigs. Monitor robotic welding operations and adjust parameters as needed to maintain quality. Perform quality inspections of welded components to ensure adherence to company and industry standards. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic welding equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve welding processes. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Experience with Miller/Panasonic welding robots. Knowledge of MIG welding, welding techniques, and metal fabrication processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
