In the Federal Building & Infrastructure group, we are comprised of architects, planners, engineers, as well as endless specialty services to support our clients and projects. We're seeking Architects, Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural), and Project Managers for several upcoming shipbuilding facility projects. You'll be part of a team that plans, designs and oversees the construction of new or expanded shipbuilding facilities by: Preparing architectural, engineering, and cost estimates, functional studies, construction plans, specifications, and schedules associated with utility infrastructure, building and other industrial construction projects. Recommending architectural and engineering design procedures and standards for the planning and design of facilities. Supervising the detailed design, budgetary costing, standardized construction, and final inspection of facility projects. Conducting construction surveillance to ensure adherence to contractual requirements. Providing engineering consulting services US Federal clients throughout the world. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture At least 5 years of related industrial facility experience Heavy industrial, medium voltage, and crane experience per your discipline's involvement in those fields
US Citizenship Ideally, You'll Also Have:
Professional Registration (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) is preferred. Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification will be considered for Project Management position Demonstrated design and project management experience within Federal and/or DOD markets Security clearance is preferred LI-KS7 Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
