Job Description

About the Job The Project Engineering Group includes Electrical and Mechanical Engineers who provide engineering support to Manufacturing, Utilities, and Maintenance operations.
The Mechanical Engineer will:
Provide technical assistance, process improvement, and manufacturing support for chemical production. Design, evaluate, and implement improvements to mechanical systems and process equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues and identify root causes. Support capital projects from concept through installation and startup. Develop equipment specifications, cost estimates, and project plans. Support pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, piping systems, tanks, pressure vessels, and utility equipment. Work independently or in teams to improve safety, reliability, production capacity, and energy efficiency. Manage multiple projects and communicate progress to stakeholders. Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Who We're Looking For:
BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering school. 5 years of engineering experience preferred. Manufacturing or chemical plant experience is a plus. Experience with mechanical equipment, piping systems, and utility systems. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ASME, and API standards is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
